We accept major credit cards and bank transfers or wire transfers. For annual plans, invoiced payment is also available. For large fleet contracts, we can accommodate purchase order workflows if your procurement process requires it.
None on the core plans. The price you see is $2/vehicle/month for Essential and $4/vehicle/month for Advanced. For fleets over 500 vehicles, we offer volume discounts and those are the only pricing conversations that involve negotiation. The only optional extras are add-ons you choose to enable: Small Equipment tracking, WEX fuel card integration, and AI credit top-ups if your usage exceeds the monthly allowance included in your plan. Everything else is exactly what's on the page.
Yes. You can change your plan or adjust your vehicle count at any time. If your fleet scales up seasonally, you add vehicles and the cost adjusts automatically. If you downsize, you remove vehicles and stop paying for them. There are no penalties for changes and no minimum commitment period unless you've opted for annual billing to get the 17% discount. Yes. You can trial Simply Fleet free for up to 5 vehicles with no credit card required. Most fleet managers use the trial to test the setup flow, run a few vehicles through PM scheduling, and confirm the mobile app works for their team before rolling it out to the full operation. Yes. Fleets over 500 vehicles qualify for volume pricing on both the Essential and Advanced plans. Book a demo and we'll put together pricing for your specific operation.
Simply Fleet's Advanced plan — which includes work orders, parts inventory, and telematics integration with Geotab, Samsara, Motive, and Verizon Connect — is priced at $4/vehicle/month. Fleetio's entry-level Essential plan starts at a higher per-vehicle rate and does not include parts inventory or telematics at that tier. Simply Fleet also has no mandatory annual contract — you can cancel monthly if the platform doesn't work for your operation.
