How can issues be added to the system?

Issues can be added in two ways:
1. Whenever a DVIR fails, an Issue is automatically added to the system
2. Drivers can report ad-hoc issues from their mobile devices

Can I know the location of the driver when they added an issue?

Yes! In the case of ad-hoc issues, the ‘Source’ field in the issue module will show the driver's address, which will be auto-detected on his phone when he fills out the ad-hoc issue.

Can I see images of the issue?

Yes, drivers can capture images while they create ad hoc issues. If an issue is created due to a failed inspection, the app will show images associated with that failed inspection.

Can I create work orders from an issue?

Absolutely! Our issue management solution helps you convert identified issues into actionable work orders. For that, you only need to navigate through Issue Module > Vehicle Issue > Edit Issue > Create Work Order (in the upper right corner).

Can I know which driver created the issue?

Yes, each issue has an associated source that mentions the driver's name in case it’s an ad hoc issue. If it's an issue created due to a failed DVIR, then the ‘Inspection Form’ name is mentioned in the source.

What if a particular issue needs an immediate solution?

To track issues' importance, you can mark them as priorities. There are three levels of priorities: low, medium, and high. For instance, less critical issues can be marked as low-priority ones.

Can I create a vehicle service entry from an issue module?

Yes, you can close an issue for a particular vehicle or equipment, creating a service entry for your asset.
