Our Story

Fleets don't lose money on one big failure. They lose it in pieces.

A service that slips two months and turns into a transmission. A truck sitting at the yard because nobody closed out the inspection. A part that was in stock at the other location the whole time.

None of that is a data problem. The information exists. It's just spread across spreadsheets, text threads, and one person's memory.

We started Simply Fleet in 2021 to put it in one place.

The fleets we work with today run several sites. They have in-house workshops managing their own service queue, parts stock, and technician hours. They answer for compliance across a dozen vehicle and equipment types. A breakdown at one location moves the schedule at three others.

That's the operation we build for.

Teams can implement Simply Fleet without a drawn-out software project, while drivers and technicians can begin using focused workflows with minimal training.

What's changed is everything underneath. Digital work orders with technician labor tracked against the job. Parts inventory management with batch-level stock and cost recorded as parts get consumed. Most fleets we work with already run Geotab, Samsara, or Verizon Connect. We don't ask anyone to rip that out. We pull the odometer readings across and turn them into service schedules, work orders, and cost per asset.
